"Jireh has been rather kind and considerable to me regarding my education as I was behind the syllabus for Y11. The staff are all considerate for every student and takes charge in their well-being, happiness and behaviour, allowing plenty of breathing space even for people inexperienced in the standard school system. The teachers take lessons at a considerate pace and are willing to speed up or slow down in 1 on 1s if they have to. Every teacher I’ve had a class with so far have been nothing but fun and upstanding, ensuring that i’m focused and immersed in my lessons, because the classes are 1 on 1 I feel a connection built with my teachers and that motivates me to perform well. The ‘Social Fridays’ have all been unique in their own regards. There’s a good mix between physical and educative Fridays and are open to suggestions from students for future Fridays. It allows me to meet my juniors and let’s us interact in both a unique and organic environment that feels just as socially enriching as a physical school. Overall Jireh Institution has been the perfect place for me, and i’m sure that other kids who don’t like the normal school experience or can’t adapt to it will love Jireh Institution just as much as kids who are used to the school system.
